The Open Journal Project is a set of free perl scripts that you can run

Blogger is currently experiencing all kinds of problems, so I'm not able
to update some of the logs I'm running there i.e.

http://lights.com/scott/publishing/

This one also incorporates BlogVoices, which allows for a certain amount
of interaction.

I agree with Charles Gimon's cautions. Don't run anything important on
someone else's server.....
