Public Browser from Team Soft

I have tried the Public Browser with a large number of our webpages and it
works fine.  It also has the ability to disallow access to specific URLs so
it could be setup to block web based e-mail, chat, game sites and such.  It
looks like its just us small libraries on here today.  The big guys must all
be at ALA mid-winter.
