Here's what I know about books24x7
The make up of this service is:
-820 Books (adding~ 10/week) - only 12-15 O'Reilly Books . 
ITKnowledge claimed to have over 2500 titles (but no O'Reilly and  I 
was told itKnowledge included about 1200 or so free IBM computer "Red 
Books" (ie manuals ) as part of the collection
-Element K Journals (27 computer technology  titles - 
http://www.elementkpress.com )
-focus is on currency
-institutional site license is available- similar to itKnowledge but 
limited to 16 simultaneous users. Totally different business model 
than NetLibrary
-marc records are available for loading into your catalog. RIT has 
done this I was told.
