Sticky Wickets, Web Woes, Solicited

Have you had to deal with a problem computer user?  O.k., stop
laughing--I know you all have... but I mean someone who is hacking,
breaking systems, maybe stealing content or equipment, on-site or
remotely.  

If you have had a real doozy of a problem computer user, and would like
to share the story for an upcoming column in American Libraries, I'd
like to hear your lessons-learned/ideas/observations about problem
prevention and resolution.  Confidentiality provided on request.
