Netscape and Windows 2000

Can anyone tell me how to prevent someone from accessing the hard drive
from the Netscape browser. We are using thin clients as Internet stations
and Windows 2000 server to power the whole campaign. We offer patrons the
choice of both browsers. Unfortunately, we have not been able to prevent
access to the hard drive from Netscape. This has not become an issue yet,
but I am a strong advocate of preventive maintenance.

Any help would be appreciated.
