Microsoft Camcorder might do the job.  Its a utility included with Office 97.
Camcorder captures all keystrokes, mouse clicks and screens, and then saves them
to an AVI movie file.  On the Office 97 Professional CD, the installation
program (CAMCORDR.EXE)  is located in the \valupack\mscam directory.  More
