Looks like an obscured url.

The hostname is business.matav.hu.

Your ISPs proxy tried to resolve it (the dword address) as the hostname.  
Your ISPs domain must be nt.com.au, so when it tried to resolve it, it 
just tacked that on the end.  Nothing too strange about that.
