[WEB4LIB] CD-Writable question

Requiring that the CD-RW be formatted ahead of time probably would not work.
Also, the length of time to copy/write to a CD-RW depends entirely on the
kind of data you are saving.  Many will come in with CD-R disks as well.
That is a write once only disk and can not be formatted ahead of time.  I
personally use only CD-R disks because they are less apt to have problems.
