Microsoft Access Question (related to web)

I am using Microsoft Access to compile a page that I will put on the web of
all electronic serials we have and what databases they are in. My problem
is in that Access puts in a blank line for the output of a subreport even
when there is no data for that particular title. My database is set up with
a separate table for each vendor all linked to a table contain only titles
(one to many relationship). My report is based on a query of the title
table with holdings fields displaying as subreports for each vendor table.
I am getting lots of empty lines. I can get rid of them in Word but it is
extremely time consuming. Any ideas?
