[WEB4LIB] Netscape Communicator 4.75

Thanks to those who responded to me on the list and privately.  We are using NT4, sp 4, and our ITO is experiencing the same problem.  If they find the cause of the problem and/or solution, I'll let you know.

I use the same version of Netscape (on Windows NT4, sp6) and have
no problems.
