LibraryLand Index update

The LibraryLand Index of library-related resource guide sites has been
updated. Changes include:

--The addition of Chris Rippel's excellent site on eBooks
--The addition of DocDel.net, a directory for document delivery services and
users [this takes the place of the more UK- and European-oriented FIDDO
site. Apologies to our colleagues across the water.]
--Indexing of the redesign of "The Top 200 Technical Services Benefits..."
site into Technical Services Unlimited
--A complete link check of the remaining original LibraryLand link lists and
the Library Web Manager's Reference Center
