WebPages with good mouseovers

Thanks to all for the many examples of mouseovers and popout menus
(hierarchical menus?). If the ADA issues can be addressed, and I'm assuming
they can from the responses of Web4Lib-ers, I think I'll explore using
these for our redesign.
