[WEB4LIB] IE 5.5 and printing problems?

Your problem isn't identical to mine, but the solution may be 
related. I was getting blank pages that contained only header and 
footer information. Go to the View menu, then Encoding, and see if 
the "Auto-Select" option is checked. If so, uncheck it and see if 
you problem has been solved.
