Performance Evaluation Criteria for Web Site Managers & Staff

Dear List Members:

I would be very grateful if you could suggest Web sites, books or journal
articles that offer performance evaluation criteria or benchmarking tools to
be used by communications directors or IT managers in evaluating/optimizing
Web site staff performance. 

I have located about 10 titles on Worldcat, but would appreciate hearing
from anyone who can offer any recommendations in this area. TIA  . . . and
