Summary re Stubborn Icon

Some time ago I asked for suggestions regarding a stubborn icon which would
not stay put on my desktop.  I received two suggestions:

1. EzDesk, a utility that places icons where you want them on the desktop.

2. TweakUI, a utility that provides a way to rebuild your icons if they become
