[WEB4LIB] How to turn off print button in IE 5

Out of curiosity - why? And - will you also try to block the control p
shortcut command for printing? And there's also the right click/choose print
way to print, too.

I checked the archives on this, but did not find what I was looking for. Has
anyone turned off (or grayed out) the print button in IE 4 or 5? On our NT
network, we want users to go to File--> Print to initiate printing. Doing
this may involve the IE admin kit.
If anyone has done this, or something similiar to it, please contact me.
