I think you mean http://www.google.com/help.html .

And no, the Google help page does not mention:

1) The mapping feature
2) The cache: syntax
3) The filter
4) The site: special syntax, which is lots of fun.
5) The fact that there's one word that can't be force-searched

I really like Google, but its documentation doesn't cover all its features.
