A web server would be great, but I am inside a firewall and do not have easy
access to a server where the "outside world" has access.

		Yes sirree! I had a document that I wanted to distribute
which was over 3000K. I dropped it into Adobe Acrobat 4.0 ($85) and it
compressed to just over 700K. I posted it, it looks fantastic, and I am very
happy.
