[WEB4LIB] RE: Novell login limiting

In our Library all of our workstations run Win95 with WinU for security.  On
powerup the workstations login with windows login.  The user cannot get to a
login prompt.

WinU disables the right mouse button, and controls the desktop, and where the
user can save to.  We have not had anyone get to a login prompt.
