Good places to take classes

Dear Shelly,

Hands-on is so much funner and more rewarding.  It's hard to talk about
places in Massachusetts.  If you were in NYC, I'd recommend NYU's School of
Continuing Studies, or Parsons, or Pratt or SVA.  Basically what these
places offer are courses--generally at convenient times--on everything from
Photoshop to Apache or IIS administration.  Look for the same things around
your area.
