You will have bids from:

1. faculty who may also want the card catalog, so they can stall 
their personal move to automated catalog use  >;-)

2. everybody with small parts to keep (various workshops, perhaps 
small stores) (lay a bit of cardboard in the open slot if you have that 
type of drawers, and the drawer is solid enough for small parts)

3. schools who can't afford an automated library yet

but check your state and local laws first -- you may be forced to 
turn the card catalog cabinets over to some surplus-handling 
agency to be offered around to all the other government agencies 
before it can be released for sale to the public.
