[WEB4LIB] RE: Library Web Page Mission

I have a set of Web page design standards (alt tags, browser safe colors,
etc.) that we used at our library, additionally we also have a Purpose
statement for our Web committee, if anyone would like these just let me
know.

Note: if folks respond with a yes, I'll keep email addresses, make the
documents into websites, and email ya back.
