Win 95 Reconnect at Logon

In Win 95, when a user fails to connect to a remote drive,
we want to disable the screen that asks if he wants 
to reconnect to that drive in the future. In other words, 
we want to force the workstation to always attempt to connect
to the remote drive and not give the user the option of choosing
not to do so. Any ideas?
