[WEB4LIB] Proquest holdings problems

We only list the print and microform journals in the online catalog, not
the online-only ones.  But we do have a list of all the journals up on
our database and catalog page.  That version is protected because it
includes proxy-server passthrough links to the databases themselves.  If
you want to see what we put up, take a look at the unrestricted version:
