[WEB4LIB] IE 5.5 is out

IE 5.5 has been out for the past few months.  I have been advised by many,
including the technical people at my school, not to download this latest
version.  Supposedly, many flaws exist in the browser and it often hangs
when loading a page.  Yes, the Print Preview function is a nice addition,
but until they can get the bugs worked out I will stick with 5.0.
