[WEB4LIB] HotMail Problem

This may be a Netscape problem.  I know someone who had the exact same
problem with Hotmail last November.  She fixed it by deleting PREFS.JS,  the
file that Netscape uses to store most of its preferences.   Warning:
deleting PREFS.JS will also delete mail server and other settings, so you
should make a backup copy of PREFS.JS before you remove it from your system.
