I am also one of those that computers usually behave for when I am trouble
shooting them. The biggest problems I see are among some of our staff that
have extremely fast typing skills. One head circ. clerk can easily type
over a hundred words a minute. I have also seen many of them nervously toy
with the mouse pushing it around when waiting for search results or waiting
for a program to load. While I am told by the real techies in Computer
Services that this doesn't make any difference, many problems disappear when
users leave the mouse alone. I also find that they say they are doing the
same thing I am, most times they aren't.
