All hail Pico!  King of Editors!  Well, it's easy at least.  And all the
tags are there.  :)

Like many die hard geeks I prefer to to it all by hand.  That way I get
exactly what I want.  I don't waste time looking for missing features,
fixing badly generated, bloated HTML etc. etc. etc.

I will admit to using FrontPage Express every now and then for a quick and
dirty.  Especially for something with a table.  Click-drag-done.
