Swets Login Scripts

Hi! Rather than "reinvent the wheel" again, I would like to know
if anyone has written login scripts for Swets web products,
specifically the URL below:

     http://publishersnet.swets.nl/prod/

If so, would you be willing to share? I'm using an IIS4 server and
could make use of Perl or VBA, but anything would give me ideas for
modification.

Any help will be appreciated.
