library consultant.  Our client requires the:

1.  Development of library Policy
2.  Development of library procedures manual (paper and electronic)
3.  Development of library business case
4.  Design of library service delivery model
5.  Research and implementation of library software solutions

Work is to begin in January 2001 and be completed by March 31, 2001.
