Last summer, I posted some linking policies that I'd been collecting.  Here are the original messages from Web4Lib:

I'm no longer with KCLS, but I don't believe they've come up with a linking policy.  You might want to contact Tacoma Public Library (listed in the first message).  I think they may have had a similar lawsuit or complaint in recent years.
