[WEB4LIB] executing from a web page

Isabel,

We use W3launch for this purpose.
<http://bmbwww.leeds.ac.uk/w3launch/home.htm>  It's 16-bit and doesn't know
about long file names but it does the job.

I'd be interested in hearing about any alternatives to it.
