[WEB4LIB] Deep Linking....ok, but be careful...

I'm really surprised sites like TicketMaster haven't just blocked deep
linking through the technical means available to them.  Checking referrers
or setting a cookie at the front door (essentially a TICKET!) and then
checking for it deeper in site.  If you don't have your ticket, you get the
redirect boot.
