Restricting Publisher 2000 on Public PCs

We are getting ready to deploy Office 2000. Using the adm files that came
with the Office 2K Resource Kit, we are able to disable the "Detect and
Repair" menu item for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. However, the adm files
don't let us disable it in Publisher. 

We have edited to adm files to add this restriction, but it hasn't worked.
I believe that we need to find the correct code for the 'VALUEON' entry
under PART!!HelpRepair CHECKBOX. We tried using the code used for Word,
Excel, and Powerpoint but no joy. 

Has anyone else done this? We haven't found any information from the MS
site.
