This site is almost obscene in trying to auto-install it's program!

There is a uninstall program available at
http://www.hotbar.com/Downloads/HBUnInst.exe

Chances are, someone has checked the "always trust" box prior to an
auto-install. You can remove the auto-granting of permission by going into
Internet Optioins|Content|Publishers, select the Hotbar credentials and
click remove.

None of this will prevent someone from doing it again, but it should get rid
of it.

Does anyone know a way to permantely deny permission?
