Net Objects Fusion Question

Aloha.
I like to design pages in 640 x 480, the lowest common denominator.
But Net Objects Fusion just has to specify pixels in table widths instead
  of percentages.
So I usually have to hand tweak pages to look good in 800 x 600, too, after
  the fact using Notepad or, pico on Linux.
Q: Does anyone know how to FORCE Net Objects Fusion to use percentages
  in table widths/heights rather than pixels in the page design phase?
Any and all suggestions welcome.
