[WEB4LIB] Open Slather Internet

Dear all,

Some people asked me what "Open slather" access is - I realised this is
probably Australian slang - sorry about that!!

"Open slather" access is my term for all the PCs in the library accessing
all functions/ sources - Internet, online databases, CD-Roms, and
catalogues. All-in-one/ one-stop access to all electronic information/
resources.
