I have had good luck using the junkbuster proxie, http://www.junkbuster.com
,its easy to set up, and best of all, its free...

You enter the sites that you want (opac ?)and that is the only site you can
browse to.

I used these instructions http://tln.lib.mi.us/~nort/tech/lockin.htm in the
past to restrict Netscape browser to specific urls on a workstation used
exclusively as a webpac -- can I do something like this with Explorer?
(I looked for this in the faq and archives with no success)
