Recommend a list for Webmasters

Agreed.  One other useful list has been GOVPUB (Local and State Goverment
Information on the Internet), which is at worst peripherally related to
libraries and frequently right on target when it comes to issues of site design
and services to users.

It's been pretty quiet of late, but the discussions are of high quality.
