Patron self checkout

I am a graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University in the
department of Library Science.  Currently, I am finishing a final
project for library automation with three other students.  We are
looking a patron self checkout.

If your library uses this technology, please complete the attached
form.  We would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide. If
you are interested in the results, please let me know and I will send
you what I have.
