Request for assistance

I need to unsubscribe from this list, and would like to request a copy
of the instructions on how to subscribe.

I apologize for posting this to the list--I was out for two weeks for my
honeymoon, and returned to find my file with listserv subscription
information gone.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
