A caveat about Montgomery County Department of Public Libraries and
Bethesda regional public library affecting
public library users/consumers and public library personnel have been
public librarians, supervisors and managers flouting of Maryland
freedom of information, open government and open meeting sunshine
intellectual freedom principles.

Library colleagues and library associations have turned away regarding
the matter of state and local FOI which affect public library
users/consumers, public library personnel, library recruits, library
novice personnel, spouses, family, friends and public library union
collective bargaining labor relations advocates.

Montgomery County needs to affirm, supervise and train librarians for
better compliance with state and local FOI principles.
