WinNT, Epson, PowerRip Problem

Does anyone have experience with the following combination:

Windows NT 4.0 (SP3)
Epson Color Stylus 3000 printer
Birmy PowerRip 5.1 (gives postscript printing capability)

We had the Epson and a previous version of PowerRip working on a Windows 95
setup but now, with NT, with cannot get the printer results we expect.  For
example, the foreground image prints, but the colored background does not
print.

Our publicity office needs to run this combination, if possible, and I am
running out of ideas.

Anyone have pointers?
