Gerald,

I haven't had a chance to look at your code but the "glitch" with pages
previously selected not loading automatically is caused by how
the Javascript is written. The solution is to add the "Go" button so that
if that occurs, the user can click the "Go" button and the page will load.
This doesn't disable the automatic "jump" feature, it just covers those
cases which you have described. Also, some older browsers will run the
script if the "Go" button method is used but don't seem to recognize the
automatic "jump" method. So, unless you have a limited audience only
using 4.x browsers, that is another reason to include the "Go" button.
Good luck!

The easiest solution was one suggested by Andrew Mutch who suggested going to the website Doc Javascript Menu Builder (http://www.webreference.com/js/menus/)

The reason for this is that you have to go to any link after the first item before you can come back to make the first link work. I don't know why. Just a small irritation. I also decided not to use a GoTo button or whatever you want to name it. It was easier to just have it automatically go to your link.
