Also, if you have Poledit.exe around, for extra protection you can
permanently set the bitmap file to be used for the wallpaper.  Start
Poledit, then pick:
File
Open registry
Local user
Desktop
Wallpaper

Type in or select the name of the wallpaper that should permanently be set.
 On my public stations, it's a small square the same color as the (also
permanently set) desktop background.

The advantage of this is, if you then install Internet Explorer or some
other browser that allows saving images as wallpaper, you don't have to go
back and find what other wallpaper files need to be set as read-only.
(Incidentally, for Internet Explorer it is, not surprisingly, "Internet
Explorer Wallpaper.bmp".)
