CENSORWARE PROJECT ISSUES NEW REPORT ON CENSORED INTERNET
ACCESS IN UTAH SCHOOLS AND LIBRARIES

NEW YORK, NY - March 23, 1999 (INB) -- The Censorware
Project <http://censorware.org/>, an organization which
opposes the use of blocking software by public institutions
including schools and libraries, announced today the
release of its 61 page report, "Censored Internet Access in
Utah Public Schools and Libraries".
