IE5 variations, followup

As was discussed last week, there are a number of "varieties" or "flavors"
of IE5 being distributed. One of the "minimalist" ones was from TUCOWS,
lacking help, radio, and other features. This new message from them
explains how to get the extra pieces, but also gives information on how to
"decustomize" their version, and presumably others by the same techniques.

cheers
