licensing

The question came up earlier today "How are other libraries keeping
track of software licensing?"  For example, we have three different
boxes of ProCom Plus, each with a ten user license and each with its own
list of what machines it has been loaded on.  What are you using to keep
track of Microsoft Office and whatever else you have?
