[WEB4LIB] Services via Web to young people

Folks-- The postings about the next five years in libraries on the Web has
me wondering about the future of services to young people (since writing
about that is what I do for a living). Does anyone out there know of anyone
(particularly someone in a public or school library, but it doesn't have to
be) who has done an _exceptional_ job of setting up in-building, Intranet,
or regular Web/online services that focus on young people, their parents
&/or caregivers?

I'd like to give these people some publicity. The "cutting edge" of library
automation that we hear about is almost always wielded by the academics, &
while I don't expect services to youth in schools & public settings to be
quite so cutting edge, it would be good for the library community to hear
about them for a change. Thanks for anyone you can send my way. --W
