[WEB4LIB] Using other Telnet programs w/ IE 5

>From an Explorer (not IE) window in Win 95/98/NT,
1. From View menu, select "Options"
2. From Options dialog box, select "File Types" tab
3. Scroll down the list of registered file types and highlight
   "URL: Telnet Protocol"
4. Click the "Edit" button
5. In the "Actions" area of the "Edit File Type" dialog, highlight "open"
6. Click the "Edit" button
7. In the text box for "Application used to perform action" enter the path
to ANZIO.
